Improved Operational Workflow

The Schlosstheater in Potsdam is located in the beautiful Neues Palais. As part of a complete refurbishment of the theater, we planned the removal, reinstallation, and supplementation of the existing stage machinery.

In connection with the reinstallation, we were able to add several systems to improve operational workflow. For example, the fly floor was redesigned to be safely walkable without tripping hazards. All stage machinery components were installed on the existing timber structure. Close coordination was carried out with the client, architect, and structural engineer.
