Quality Assurance and Schedule Monitoring
The quality of work performed by contracted companies is continuously monitored and documented against a project-specific schedule. Costs are tracked using a cost control system from the initial estimate through final cost determination. For each project phase, measures are in place to allow rapid response in the event of potential cost overruns or execution issues.
